Privacy notice
This notice explains what we collect when you send a request through this website, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
ConductLens is a digital conduct assurance service based in Bangalore-560035, India. Contact: avinow@conductlens.in.
What we collect
- The details you type into the request form: your name, work email, institution, the kind of help you want, and, if you add it, the web address of a journey you would like us to look at.
- A record of your consent: the time you sent the form, the wording version you agreed to, and the page it was sent from.
We do not set cookies or run analytics on this site. We do not ask for any customer data or any personal data beyond the list above.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your request, to follow up on it, and to keep a record that you agreed to be contacted. We do not use it for anything else and we do not sell or share it for marketing.
Our basis for using it
Your consent. The box on the form is never ticked for you. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as described below.
Who handles it for us
This site loads its fonts and everything else from our own server, and does not call third-party services when you open a page. When you send the form, these services handle your request for us:
- Google (Sheets and Gmail). Your request is stored in a Google Sheet and sent to us by Gmail. Google acts for us in handling it and may process it on servers outside India.
- Zoho Mail. Our business mailbox is hosted by Zoho. Enquiry notifications, and any emails you exchange with us, are stored there.
How long we keep it
Only for as long as we need it to answer your request and to keep a record of your consent. If you become a customer, the customer agreement applies instead. We delete it sooner if you ask.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can:
- Ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw your consent by emailing avinow@conductlens.in. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent.
- Raise a concern with our grievance officer.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights for you.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, the date at the bottom of the page changes too.
Children
This site is for people working at financial institutions. It is not directed at children.
